To inquire about enrolling a student, please contact the office manager at Woodfield Academy by calling (478)477-9844. Tuition information and admission packets will be given out upon request. You may also print an application by clicking one of the following links to the left. If you do not have Microsoft Word on your computer, please download the Adobe Acrobat Reader version. To be accepted at Woodfield, a student must have a professional diagnosis of attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder and/or learning difference. The school is not equipped to handle behavioral or emotional disorders. In order for a child to be considered for enrollment the child must have a current psychological evaluation addressing the diagnosis of the child and academic and emotional needs.
