Admissions Statement
Woodfield admits students of any race, gender, nationality, or ethnic origin.
Admission Process
- Download and complete our application. Submit via email, fax, or mail. A $100 application fee upon completion will apply.
- Woodfield staff will review your application and contact you to schedule an interview.
- Based on staff assessment and current enrollment, the student may be offered the opportunity to enroll.

The following must be submitted to begin the admission process:
- Completed application
- $100 Application Fee
- Copies of psychological evaluation (must be current within three years) and copy of current IEP

- Annual tuition for the 2023 – 2024 school year: $13,300.00
- Enrollment Fee for the 2023-2024 school year: $400.00
- Tuition includes instruction and use of textbooks. Personal items, lunch, transportation to and from school, yearbook and gym clothes are not included in your tuition.
- All outstanding tuition and fees must be paid in full before any transcripts and records can be released.
Tuition Payment Plans
Annual
- One single payment due on July 1st
- $13050.00
Semi-Annual
- Two equal payments due on July 1st and January 1st
- $6,650.00
Quarterly
- Four equal payments due on July 1st, October 1st, January 1st, and April 1st
- $3,325.00
- If this payment plan is chosen, families must sign up for the FACTS tuition management service that drafts the quarterly amount from a bank account.
10-month
- Ten equal payments due each month from August 2023 – May 2024
- $1,330.00
- If this payment plan is chosen, families must sign up for FACTS service that drafts the monthly amount from a bank account.
12-month
- Twelve equal payments due each month from July 2023 – June 2024
- $1,067.67
- If this payment plan is chosen, families must sign up for FACTS service that drafts the monthly amount from a bank account.
*All Georgia Special Needs Scholarship participants are responsible for full tuition and will be reimbursed quarterly with scholarship funds received from the state.
