We are getting close to the Dedication of Pritchard Field on Sunday, October 17th beginning at 3:00 pm until 5:00 pm. We will gather on the front field of Woodfield to honor Pat’s life and the impact of his vision for Woodfield, where he served as president of the Board of Directors for many years.
Here is some updated information for you:
If you are attending in person, we will be using Planter’s First Bank parking lot, located next door to Woodfield on Rivoli Drive. You may walk over to the school, or we will have golf carts shuttling guests who do not choose to walk. If you have mobility issues, you will be allowed to park at Woodfield, on our lot. We are using the additional parking area because of the number of guests we are expecting. There will be helpers stationed at the school entrance to point you to the bank lot or allow you in to the school parking area.
If you are not attending in person and are planning to join us remotely, we have created a Facebook Event on the Woodfield Academy page. The link for the event is https://fb.me/e/12RD9Fdxp . If you experience trouble with this link, please search for Woodfield Academy on Facebook and the event will be available at 3:00 pm.
Last but not least, this is an outdoor event, so please dress comfortably. The event area is large and social distance keeping will be possible.
