Admissions at Woodfield Academy

Admission Process

  • Complete an online application here.  You will be charged a $100 application fee upon completion.
  • Woodfield staff will review your application and contact you to schedule an interview.
  • Based on staff assessment and current enrollment, the student may be offered the opportunity to enroll.

 
Admissions Checklist
The following must be submitted to begin the admission process:

  • Completed application
  • $100 Application Fee
  • Copies of psychological evalation (must be current within three years) and copy of current IEP

 
Admissions Statement
Woodfield Academy admits students of any race, gender, national or ethnic origin.

Tuition

  • Annual tuition for the 2016-2017 school year: $11,191.00
  • Enrollment Fee for the 2016-2017 school year: $400.00
  • Tuition includes instruction and use of textbooks. Personal items, lunch, transportation to and from school, yearbook and gym clothes are not included in your tuition.
  • All outstanding tuition and fees must be paid in full before any transcripts and records can be released.

 

Tuition Payment Plans

Annual:

  • One single payment due on July 1st
  • $10,941.00

 

Semi-Annual:

  • Two equal payments due on July 1st and January 1st
  • $5,595.50

 

Quarterly:

  • Four equal payments due on July 1st, October 1st, January 1st, and April 1st
  • $2797.75

 

10-month:

  • Ten equal payments due each month from August 2016 - May 2017
  • $1,119.10
  • If this payment plan is chosen, families must sign up for FACTS service that drafts the monthly amount from a bank account.

 

12-month:

  • Twelve equal payments due each month from July 2016 - June 2017
  • $932.58
  • If this payment plan is chosen, families must sign up for FACTS service that drafts the monthly amount from a bank account.

 

*All Georgia Special Needs Scholarship participants are responsible for full tuition and will be reimbursed quarterly with scholarship funds received from the state.
